Ordered some pupusas for takeout... so glad I did! The tortilla texture was just right!Flavor was excellent including the curtido (pickled cabbage). You can't go wrong with the revuelta (combination).
Highly recommend, and want to be sure to review. The food here is great and the service is friendly. On our latest visit, I remembered to take a picture after a few bites in. Had a carnitas taco (my pork was crispy and delicious and the Beth fresh made tortilla made it even better!), a sope with chorizo, and a pupusa revueltas with curtido and salsa roja (we tried others and think this one is the best in the Cary area). It was all delicious.

Best Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico! Great service even though I don’t speak Spanish and the waitress didn’t have much English- we got along just fine and received what we wanted.
