We ate at the Elevated Kitchen twice during our recent stay at The Wells Hotel in Cashiers. The foodtruck was within walking distance from our hotel room so it was the perfect breakfast in bed option. The cat head biscuits are flaky, buttery, and soft. The biscuit was overflowing with gooey cheese, crispy bacon (two layers), and scrambled egg. My husband also loved the cheese grits, topped with crumbled bacon.
I made my second visit to this place today. I saw a "Mardi Gras" menu and it peaked my curiosity. Let me tell you....it was not a disappointment!!! I got the shrimp and grits. Wow! If you get the chance definitely swing by. Food is amazing!

I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and it was the best I have ever had of these ingredients. Try to find a better tasting quality breakfast biscuit and you will not be able to.
