“Great, creative food and excellent cocktails. Thanks for looking after the large wedding group last night. The wine was fantastic too, the whole trio of white, rosé and red. It looked like everyone had a great time, just like me!“

“Fun trivia on Wednesdays at 9pm. Outdoor and indoor seating. Tons of beer / cider on tap. Lively vibe. Super busy on game days. But overall, good energy and a hit. There is a bouncer at the front before getting in so you only need to show ID once. A bit of a line at the bar when it’s busy.“

“Definitely a relaxed little establishment. A nice place to grab a bloody Mary with a few little food options. Always enjoy visiting on football game days as The bartender Doug is usually in and he is always a pleasure to work with! The food is pretty delicious with enough options to keep most people happy! Nice little hidden Gem!“

Local 506 Bar • $

“What a great venue! Loud and rocking, great patrons and Fuji, the co-owner and bar tender is such a nice guy! There was plenty of space for my wheelchair and I had a great view in spite of a sold out crowd. Band was fantastic, loud and just as energetic as the crowd. Can’t wait to come back for more music from up and coming bands. Fairly priced tickets, fairly priced drinks and an amazing staff. It’s a standing O from this music lover. Felt like home as soon as I got inside. I miss the small, intimate venues I used to frequent in NY/NJ and I think I found my new go to for a great night out. Thanks Fuji and 506!“

“Today was my husband's and my first time here and the server herself made us want to try it more because of the way she not only greeted us so welcoming however explained and answered every question pertaining to the foods we wanted to try. Madupe' is her name and she's a great asset to the staff here. Before her patience with me I was just gonna stick to what I knew once she finished explaining everything to us with a smile we tried several items and were very pleased. KUDOS to Madupe' We will request her when we return.“

“Visited for the first time tonight and we will definitely be back. Right off the bat, the employees were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our water glasses stayed full and our cocktails were delicious. The food was phenomenal—appetizer, entrées, and dessert. The presentation was lovely and the taste was divine. The Whipped Feta & Fig Crostinis were a surprise hit! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Red Cream Paneer Curry and I couldn’t get enough of the Tagliatelle Pasta Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms and Shiitake Bacon. The ice cream sundae was great, too! It was my first time tasting non-dairy ice cream that actually tastes good! Given the quality and care taken to provide vegan food that is THIS tasty, I think the pricing is fair, especially when compared to other local cafés/bistros/restaurants in the area. Casual, kid-friendly atmosphere, but still nice enough for a date night. Can’t wait to come back!“

Always bypass all other restaurants in area and make a point to get authentic North Carolina bbq with beans and greens…also pimento cheese and some hush puppies! I’m live in Pennsylvania.
