Not sure I've ever had an $8 cold brew! $9 with a dollar tip. But this sure is a cool spot to visit. The seating was so unique and relaxing. My kiddo and I were able to get a little reprieve from all our Museum ventures of the day here at Coco and the Director. Would go back!
Fantastic, coffee shop. Espressos are fantastic. We liked the service in the coffee shop. They do a nice job and have some very interesting spaces to sit and relax. Definitely come check this one out when you’re in town, it’s worth a visit!!

I have worked at the One Independence Center now for about six months and this was only my third visit to “Coco and the Director”, @ 100 W Trade St Charlotte NC. The breakfast sandwiches are always “Amazing”! Not to mention the service, but today I ordered the Hot- honey fried chicken sandwich on a homemade brioche bun with apple cider coleslaw, pickle and tomatoes.
