Cecelia re made my pink drink after I messed it up on the app she really turned my day around with her excellent service and quick response I frequent this Starbucks and she is on it!My pink drink was delicious
The cashier has to do a better job at listening or someone else needs step up and In . My drink was completely wrong and had I not had to wait for it already forever I would have corrected them where it was wrong . I simply asked for an Iced Blonde vanilla oat milk latte add an extra shot and make them ristretto with salted foam on top and light ice however the picture down below is what I received. On the app it says Thursday you get half off on the drink. I got three drinks for full prize so I guess it doesn’t count for every Starbucks. I want complain as much but I was hoping to get a half off.
