This Dunkin' has some of the best customer service I've experienced! I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong store location, so when the employee told me this, I was about to just reorder in person at the register and pay again. Another employee asked what I originally ordered and immediately made my iced coffee without question. This made my day - I will definitely come back and I would recommend location this location to anyone!

They take forever to get your order and when they do it’s wrong. The people are fairly nice but they move too slow for a fast food place. This is usually where people come in the morning before something important so having the service match that would be nice.
