It was pretty cool, I had a strawberry lemonade and a burger with curlyish fries... I wanted to order more, but I was abruptly cut off from my order after just ordering the burger, I said "excuse me, I wasn't done yet!" But I was either ignored or unheard... I gave a tip anyways because I'm nice like that ? didn't even get to try the dessert that I wanted to try with my brunch

We’re to begin? Arrived with a party of 4. We waited at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes before being told they needed to clean us a table to sit. Once seated we waited about 20 mins before even getting a waitress. We ordered ice tea and 52 wings. After about 2 hours never got our food. Gave up. Left. The restaurant was dirty, wait staff was slow, rude and unmotivated. I was very disappointed!

Haven't been to one of these in a LONG time. Came here to meet up friends for lunch. It was fairly empty. Our server Asia was not very friendly but not too rude either. It was just very short and down to business, so we didn't feel very welcomed. Order took about 30 minutes or so to come out even though it was empty. The fries looked undercooked and had no seasoning at all. Ordered some original crispy wings with seasoning, and while they looked great, they over seasoned them, and they ended up being SALTY! couldn't finish them at all. This is located in uptown, so parking is tricky, of course. It is fairly clean inside and has a nice big open plan with lots of seating. Service is def. It's not the best, and im not sure if that changes if you go in the evening time. I would probably try a different location next time. It's not worth the hassle of parking and stuff for bad service and bad food!

This has got to be one of the worst Hooters on the planet. Service here has always been below their standard, although the food and beer is fine.Just went in and sat at the bar for lunch while a server and bartender were seated at a booth in back, without a care in the world for anyone. After sitting for a few, I got up and walked out.In the future when I want Daytona wings, I’ll go to Hoots in south Charlotte - service and atmosphere there has always been top notch!

There was only 2 employees on the floor. There is an instruction that you have to wait to be seated. We abide by the rules until we went to Arie to give us a table. We waited for 30 minutes before our orders were taken. I then called whilst still waiting and I told the waitress that we have been waiting for 30 minutes. Can someone come and attend to us.Can they hire more people. I even volunteered to help when the bearded manager came to our table.. wow. Just. Wow.

Was traveling from Florida on a work trip, Cyan (I hope I spelled her name right) our server provided exceptional service, we had such a lovely time because of her. She was very attentive and funny! Whenever I am back in the Charlotte area I will definitely request her!
