Haven't been to one of these in a LONG time. Came here to meet up friends for lunch. It was fairly empty. Our server Asia was not very friendly but not too rude either. It was just very short and down to business, so we didn't feel very welcomed. Order took about 30 minutes or so to come out even though it was empty. Was traveling from Florida on a work trip, Cyan (I hope I spelled her name right) our server provided exceptional service, we had such a lovely time because of her. She was very attentive and funny! Whenever I am back in the Charlotte area I will definitely request her!

It was pretty cool, I had a strawberry lemonade and a burger with curlyish fries... I wanted to order more, but I was abruptly cut off from my order after just ordering the burger, I said "excuse me, I wasn't done yet!" But I was either ignored or unheard...
