I waited in line for 20 minutes mind you I was just getting the smallest order with the puffs and they did not let me order I was there way befor close this was the worst experience a lady ordered right befor me they seen me standing there and denied me. I guess it is what it is but this had me very sad and upset.
Absolutely terrible service, I come here really often because the only person that actually does their job properly is the manager, props to him. But everyone else is fooling around, they always get my order wrong, the wait time is extremely bad (30-45 mins). I put an online order and my order should of have been done 50 mins ago, I am still waiting in line as I write this review. Pizza quality varies day by day depending on who works there that day.
