This McDonald's was a great place 10 years ago. They no longer treat you like they are glad you are a customer. They sent me forward from the drive-through window for my order. I waited for 5 minutes and had to back up to the window and they said that they had forgotten about me and my order.
I ordered to eat here and to be served at the table, it was not offered to me at the table, I was offered to take home as a package and they don't serve well all the time, it's a mess. doesn't the manager see what's happening? and they work without machines, those who serve put their hands

I ordered a caramel frappe with my order, and she charged me at the speaker, but when I got to the window, she told me that there didn't have it or any ice cream. So I waited to see if she would adjust my order. I guess she thought I wasn't going to say anything. The young lady at the second window was very nice when she gave us the food. However, the big Mac was EXTREMELY DRY. I wasted my money. They really need to work on the customer service more.
