I consistently have the best experience at starbucks in the morning everytime I go!! The barista, juno, never fails to make the best drinks I can tell she puts a lot of love, care, and precision into everything she makes! She deserves a raise!

Starbucks is always great... But it usually comes with happy employees that are knowledgable... ?Not this time, it seemed as if no one knew what was going on, and when I asked air a particular price, no one could come up with an answer until 2 employees reached out to whom I thought was a manager and she simply did a price check to let me know. This took 12 minutes. I'm never the one to complain to this extent and I'm sorry but It's Starbucks representation... and what if this was my first visit to any location!?

Worst service EVER. Never even got my drinks. They never apologized for the fact that it didn’t print order but they could see it on their computer. I couldn’t wait any longer, asked for a refund and the guy complained to me about have to refund me the entire time he was doing it. Rude, Rude, Rude. The rest of the workers were just laughing and socializing the entire time I was in there.

This Starbucks is forever one of my favorite coffee shops in clt. I have been coming to this store for about a year, and every time my order is made in a timely and efficient manner. The workers always have a bright smile on their face, looking like they are just happy to be there. They never fail to make their customers feel at home and taken cared for. Every time i go in there they remember my name and ask me how i've been, while making my favorite drink. I 1000/10 recommend this place!

The cafe was pretty packed today, given it is a Sunday, but service was quick! I ordered a grande light ice matcha, with 5 pumps of vanilla and oat milk, extra shaken. All I can say is WOW. I drink a lot of matcha and today, this was the best matcha I’ve ever had. I give all the credit to Tim, the barista who really put the time and love into my matcha. This is such a huge deal for me because 9/10 times I order matcha, it’s usually a chalky consistency. But it was so creamy and well built, that I will only have Tim make my drink from now on! As a barista myself, I know when you have a great experience like this, it always makes you come back for more. So if you’re reading this Tim, THANK YOU!⭐️
The girl at the counter was super sweet, the guy making drinks was sort of rude. I had tried going to the other Starbucks nearby to get my dog a pup cup and myself a pick me up, but the line was insanely long and not moving and since I pulled an all nighter, I just wanted something quick. I figured since I usually have a good experience at this location, i'd just go here. I sat near the pick up counter with my dog in my lap because it was taking a good minute for my drink to come out and my legs were starting to hurt. I smiled at him and he just immediately told me I needed to move and that i'm not even supposed to have her in there with me and said something about her particles? I was only picking up my drink and waiting patiently I wasn't planning to sit there and eat or be there long at all. My knees were just hurting. Trust me I didn't want her in there with me, I sorta had to bring her with me because you can't just leave a dog that small in the car around here. I just wanted to be close by for my drink so I could leave asap. My drink literally came out immediately after that anyways. I feel that I might've been judged or something on my appearance because I was up all night packing for a move so I probably looked exhausted and wasn't dressed the best, or maybe it's because i'm young he felt that he could treat me like that idk. In general he wasn't very kind or welcoming at all. I'm not trying to be entitled or anything, I don't mind someone asking me to move or telling me she couldn't be in there, I totally understand that, but how he treated me was definitely not how he would've treated the other ladies in there and it's not the vibe. It's just really frustrating as I usually go there to kinda escape for a moment and pick up my drink and it just made me uncomfortable. Whatever tho ig he probably just wanted to take whatever was stressing him out on me or something. Sad on his part. The girl who rung me up deserves a raise fr. Hope his day gets better ig.
