Starbucks is always great... But it usually comes with happy employees that are knowledgable... ?Not this time, it seemed as if no one knew what was going on, and when I asked air a particular price, no one could come up with an answer until 2 employees reached out to whom I thought was a manager and she simply did a price check to let me know. This Starbucks is forever one of my favorite coffee shops in clt. I have been coming to this store for about a year, and every time my order is made in a timely and efficient manner. The workers always have a bright smile on their face, looking like they are just happy to be there. They never fail to make their customers feel at home and taken cared for. I consistently have the best experience at starbucks in the morning everytime I go!! The barista, juno, never fails to make the best drinks I can tell she puts a lot of love, care, and precision into everything she makes! She deserves a raise!
