I come to this location pretty regularly and today I just had a rather disappointing experience with one of the staff. Jessica attempted to argue with me about the refill policy. When I pulled up Starbucks policy for her to read she proceeded to rudely take my order and not even apologize for HER MISTAKE she could’ve handled it 100x better.
This location prioritizes online orders and drive-through orders before in-store. This is a little annoying if you order inside, because orders are being filled for people who are not there to pick it up yet. If you’re in a hurry order online or go through drive through.
