“I don't have to say for my first experience with Chipotle it was a good one and I will certainly be trying them again along my journeys. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered a chicken bowl, with some delicious rice, black beans, Korn lettuce and topped with fresh avocado. The meal was very filling and very delicious. I look forward to trying something new on my next visit.“
“My name is very common. This happened to me for the 2nd time. The 1st time - The ticket had my first and last name but when I opened the bag it was a complete different order. I had to drive back to Chipotle and they had two customers with the same name. I showed my order number and he quickly made my order and apologized for the error. I don't blame Chipotle for that. And it happened again yesterday. My order was picked up by someone else and I had to show them my order confirmation. The employee quickly apologized and made my order. I would highly suggest to keep the orders behind the counter and have customers to show their order number from their phone and match their information to the pick up order so mistakes like this doesn't continue happening. Please start making customers show their order confirmation before handing anything over.“
