“I do not recommend anything at this horrible restaurant. The food and drinks are absolutely terrible. Everything is either over seasoned or under seasoned. They also over charge your credit card thinking you won’t check the bill. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will warn them to all stay away because there are plenty of other better restaurants around that have better food and service. This place is absolute trash and should be ashamed to call themselves a Mexican restaurant.“
“Absolutely some of the best food I've ever had. The flavor is exceptional, the presentation is wonderful, and the portions are large. My little ones don't always like Latin food but they love the breakfast menu here as a substitute. Don't sleep on this one it's worth it.“

“El Vallarta is always good. The food & drinks are yum. The service is mostly good but every once in a while you get a wait staff who appears to want to be home more than they want to wait on you.It is very convenient when shopping at Carolina Mall. They have really good flan. And it’s always fun to celebrate a birthday with their desert.“

The service was quick, friendly and consistant. The dining experience was a little loud and crowded, but its on the end of a stripmall shopping center - so can't really hold that against them. “Delicious and affordable slow cooked, authentic Mexican cuisine from Barbacoa, baked chicken-pollo asado, BBQ carnitas & goat, whole fried fish, rice & beans, hot tamales, tortillas corn or flour, marinated nopales, crackling or chicharones, various fresh made salsas, fruit juices & aloe vera juices, sodas, chips & more... This is my Barbacoa plate, I made at home from what I got here and I added some tomato basil goat cheese crumbles on top. YUMMMMM!! It's definitely my go to place for delicious hot Mexican plates/meals.“
