I was looking for a deep water arobics program. We just moved her and I had been involved in a tremendous deep water program. I was sold a bill of goods that was totally untrue. The teacher is in the pool in the shallow end. Can't see what anyone is doing as she is exercising as well. If you are in the deep end you can't hear and she will tell you to ask your neighbor. Absolutely fantastic facility. My experience was amazing from the time that I walked in the facility. The staff at the desk was helpful and professional. The facility was extremely clean and it was obvious why, there seemed to always be a member of the staff cleaning and disinfecting during my visits. I did not notice and broken equipment which also speaks to the reason for my rating.

My wife and I recently signed up for CrossFit. We locked into a 1 year contract. After a policy change with my job I would no longer be able to frequent the gym as much.
