We ordered online and went to go pick it up. The restaurant tells my husband they don’t have the order and he must’ve picked the wrong location and go there. He shows them the location on the map that says he is in the right place but they repeat that he made the mistake. So he drives 15 minutes to the other location and they don’t have it either. After a long wait, chicken sandwich was still pink and the large order of fries, half we're still frozen. Not cold, frozen! They also need to pay attention to the hair net guidelines. A woman with hair past her waist shouldn't be flailing it around then handling food.

Bathrooms filthy! Also => Women's: toilet paper on the floor, no back up roll. Men's: toilet paper on hand rail, almost all gone. Very expensive for the food you get. Lemonade tasted like water. Coleslaw "suspect". Blackened chicken had NO spice on it - just a slab of plain grilled chicken. Fries were good. Fried chicken sandwich OK.
