I ordered my food and waited 30 minutes. Gave me buffalo chicken dip bites in stead of barbecue popcorn chicken never received my tea I ordered. Told them what was wrong said it would be right out. 10 minutes passed I called over the speaker and mentioned about my order then I was told they were out of tea for the night and changed to Dr pep and still waiting on my chicken, she said it would be right out.15 minutes later a young lady walks out to another car and I get her attention...read full review
The little girl with all the piercings couldn’t take her job less seriously if she tried. Singing and screaming at the top of her lungs right beside the drive thru window. The goofing off has made the wait so long that people behind us in line started pulling off and leaving.I know it’s fun to work with people you like, but do your job in the process.

Every time I have gone there, it's a problem, and if it isn't me, then the person ahead of me is having a problem.like a cookout, the intercom is terrible, so that causes problems if you can't hear you can't get the order right its a shame
