We stayed here two nights while we were visiting Hendrick Motorsport and the NASCAR Hall of fame. It was a nice hotel, nice staff and a great location- especially for what we were there for and there was lot of dining in the area. If we were ever in the area again I would return.
Easy to get to, plenty of places nearby to eat, beautiful rooms, great water pressure. Check in is easy and staff is so pleasant! My only 2 negatives: (1)They have coolers and not refrigerators. Coolers don't stay cool. The only way to keep anything cold in the coolers is to leave the cabinet door open. The coolers only stay on for 2 hours. Seems really odd, but its workable. (2) Pillows are not great, but doable for a night or two. We love staying here and we come up quite often...read full review

Ok location near The Concord Mills Mall. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within miles, but the hotel really needs updating. The staff was very nice & friendly. My room was on the 2nd floor. The mattress wasn't what I was used to at a Courtyard hotel, but it wasn't the worse either. You can also tell the carpet needed to be refreshed. But, the biggest problem I had was the HVAC system. It never stopped running, even when I turned it completely off, which made it difficult to sleep....read full review
