Stoped at Cookout in Newton and the kid was friendly and nice and food came quickly but the grilled chicken was Very Small and the Spicy chicken was even smalled def not what it used to be.
Sat in drive thru for almost 20 minutes because whoever was cooking and making the food kept making orders after mine even tho the drive through guys kept telling them they weren't the right orders.. food was ok

This one truly makes me sad, bc I LOVE Cook Out, but this offense was 100% inexcusable. Excited to find the chain, I ordered a Cookout Burger with a couple extra items on it and a shake.
