“I ordered pizza at this location for the first time today, but the DoorDash delivery driver drove it to the wrong house and dropped it off, I called this location and explained to them what happened, they got a hold of their boss immediately and made me new pizzas on the spot! Everyone was very sorry for what had happened even though it wasn’t in their control, and I was very happy with the quality of the food as well!! Very nice people and food!! Will definitely order from here again, just picking it up first next time lol.“

“WOW! My boyfriend and I recently moved into the area and decided to try out sals a few weeks ago. At that time we got a buffalo chicken pizza & a Hawaiian pizza. Today we decided to try them again and got a margarita pizza, Stromboli, and antipasto salad. Our order was QUICKLY finished and tastes absolutely delicious. Sal is very personable and extremely talented in the kitchen. Our favorite pizzeria by far.“

“Superb deep dish pizza. I was hesitant at first because few people can pull off a deep dish pizza outside of Chicago. These guys pull it off. I think the pizza weighed 10 lbs when I picked it up and it was absolutely delicious, I suggest choosing the five toppings. Great pie!!!“

“I have eaten at Dino’s and tonight I picked up takeout for my family for dinner. The dinner portions are great for the price and the food was amazing. From the entrees, to the breadsticks, to the side salads, we were once again impressed. It’s as good as Maggiano’s without the drive to Charlotte. What a gem in Bessemer City. “On Saturday my sister and I stopped here for lunch before heading home after a morning of shopping. The restaurant appeared clean and there were these beautiful Easter wreaths hung on the wall to the left of the entrance that were for sale they were very reasonably priced.The cheerful young lady who greeted me upon entering the restaurant also took my order. I ended up getting the 12” Supreme when my order was ready the young lady brung it to the table where I was sitting after I gathered myself and pizza I headed to the car when we got to my sister’s we ended up putting the pizza in the oven for just a few minutes to crisp the crust as it was a bit doughy for us. The pizza ? had a fairly good taste and we each enjoyed 3 slices a piece with 2 leftover slices which my sister had for lunch on Monday. I hate I didn’t get any photos for this review.Parking: Plenty of parking as this restaurant is located in an area with other restaurants and businesses.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome as there’s a familiar family atmosphere about the restaurant.“

After driving by to pick up my son from school for two years, I decided that today was a great day to give it a go!We got an early dinner with a small pepperoni pizza, a small supreme w/o ham or sausage (it’s a cheaper version than building your own with everything else that comes on it), a large veggie pizza, garlic knots and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls.Everything was fresh and delicious! Great char to the crust, great flavor, real bacon, spicy pepperonis, just overall great tasting food. Crust is a thinner crust that’s crunchy and chewy in all the right places. I’d only enjoy more cheese, but it’s a solid pizza.The garlic knots weren’t my fave, I like a little more yeasty doughiness, but the marinara is money!The egg rolls could use some onion and green pepper, but they were flavorful-a little over cooked, but good.I live off Union/Armstrong, and everything was still piping hot when it got home.This is our favorite pizza so far. He offered the items which were ready now for free along with free drinks while we waited for the correct order. It was a kind and considerate offer which we accepted with gratitude. The decorations, atmosphere, menu, staff and even the cloth napkins and dressings and seasonings on the table. Felt like i was back in NY at one of their many excellent Italian restaurants. Cozy and comfy atmosphere with kind staff. The white pizza is PHENOMENAL. I also got a cannoli and it was so delicious my eyes rolled back into my head. This place is the real deal. “When deciding on a place to eat I always check Google reviews. This one didn’t have the greatest, but we were with a large group, so didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. The second red flag for a restaurant is the sanitation rating which they are required to display. Their’s was a 96, not bad, but we’ve seen much better. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food came out quickly. The pizza was pretty good. We loved the crust and the toppings were generous. Many in our party said they’d return. The calzones had way too much ricotta in them for us to fully enjoy. One had to scrape a lot of the cheese out and another left a large portion of theirs uneaten. Overall, I’d be willing to give this place another try. It exceeded my expectations walking in, so that counts for something, and everyone left happy!“

He was so kind and attentive while taking my order and even offered to remake the pizza for me because I wanted extra of a certain topping. He also offered to bring my order out to my car. As the store got busy, he maintained professionalism and greeted every customer the same. I hope that franchises like Papa John acknowledge and appropriately compensate hard work for great customer service like Gavin! “5 stars for great customer service and good pizza. We have a strange order of half no cheese bc of an allergy, and theyve called to verify it's done correctly. They've also called to let me know that delivery driver would be late because of an accident road closure, giving me the option to cancel my order for the delay and apologizing for the inconvenience. We wanted the pizza and they kept coming even though a 10 minute ride took an hour. We will keep ordering delivery from these guys!“

“Typically pretty good pizza and service. They don't deliver that far so that bites . The chicken wings are super fatty texture. Make sure if you pick up your good that you have it all before you leave because they sometimes forget salads & sides because they don't pack it all together for some reason“
