“On Saturday my sister and I stopped here for lunch before heading home after a morning of shopping. The restaurant appeared clean and there were these beautiful Easter wreaths hung on the wall to the left of the entrance that were for sale they were very reasonably priced.The cheerful young lady who greeted me upon entering the restaurant also took my order. I ended up getting the 12” Supreme when my order was ready the young lady brung it to the table where I was sitting after I gathered myself and pizza I headed to the car when we got to my sister’s we ended up putting the pizza in the oven for just a few minutes to crisp the crust as it was a bit doughy for us. The pizza ? had a fairly good taste and we each enjoyed 3 slices a piece with 2 leftover slices which my sister had for lunch on Monday. I hate I didn’t get any photos for this review.Parking: Plenty of parking as this restaurant is located in an area with other restaurants and businesses.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome as there’s a familiar family atmosphere about the restaurant.“

Great char to the crust, great flavor, real bacon, spicy pepperonis, just overall great tasting food. Crust is a thinner crust that’s crunchy and chewy in all the right places. I’d only enjoy more cheese, but it’s a solid pizza.The garlic knots weren’t my fave, I like a little more yeasty doughiness, but the marinara is money!The egg rolls could use some onion and green pepper, but they were flavorful-a little over cooked, but good.I live off Union/Armstrong, and everything was still piping hot when it got home.This is our favorite pizza so far. It also manages to avoid the generic pizza flavors of comfort chains whilst also being reasonably priced. I think the fact you can get a large slice of pizza + a big drink for $6.50(tax included) is quite a good deal. I only take away one star because the kitchen can get backed up during peek lunch rush making the promised ready time quite a bit off. Also, the dining room is very breezy with the front door opening and closing often.Overall, if you are looking for good, savory pizza in CTL without breaking the bank, you'd be hard pressed to do better than Luigi's.“

He offered the items which were ready now for free along with free drinks while we waited for the correct order. It was a kind and considerate offer which we accepted with gratitude. “When deciding on a place to eat I always check Google reviews. This one didn’t have the greatest, but we were with a large group, so didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. The second red flag for a restaurant is the sanitation rating which they are required to display. Their’s was a 96, not bad, but we’ve seen much better. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food came out quickly. The pizza was pretty good. We loved the crust and the toppings were generous. Many in our party said they’d return. The calzones had way too much ricotta in them for us to fully enjoy. One had to scrape a lot of the cheese out and another left a large portion of theirs uneaten. Overall, I’d be willing to give this place another try. It exceeded my expectations walking in, so that counts for something, and everyone left happy!“

The breading fell off the chicken… after a few bites… I am breathing garlic in and out of my mouth. Even my dog can’t stand the smell. I took two tums and poured a glass of whiskey. I probably should have brushed my teeth. The half meatball (one meatball on the whole sandwich) didn’t taste like meat …just garlic … my mouth is tingling with all the overpowering garlic. One mozzarella cheese stick per half of sandwich. Let’s rename this the Garlic Garlicy garlic sugar sauce sub. Yum … can’t get my money back but I’ve learned my lesson. I’m not that awful of a cook!
