“10+ years of eating tenders, as a Cornelius local, anytime there is a discrepancy with my order it is handled in the most professional upstanding matter by the younger staff, They’ll check my ticket they’ll see if there was a mistake made and if so, they will correct it or inform me that the order may have been put in wrong and typically because I’m well known and give a lot of business to tenders as a courtesy. They correct the mistake either way.Today I was in shock when my order was brought to me By one of the older service members….. and I addressed that there had to have been a mistake with my milkshake, Instead, checking the ticket to see if there was a mistake, I was just told that I made a mistake and ordered Incorrectly…. With an attitude. Although I input my order verbally, and the staff is what puts it into the computer. So I don’t know how I could’ve made this mistake. They flip the bun over and grill it. Very tasty. Fries are still very good despite smaller portions and the service and friendliness at this location is always top notch, a sign of good management. “Probably the BEST Hardee's in Charlotte NC and the Lake Norman Region. Hot juicy food, and the place was spotless and Clean. Paul was good enough to take our order, with a smile! The atmosphere was enjoyable. I could tell everyone behind the counter liked working together. A manager came out to check how cold it was in the dinning room, then made the positive adjustment showing sensitivity to her patrons. Lastly, the chicken finger tenders I do believe are the BEST in the industry. Definitely get 5 or more! If you're in the mood for a cheese burger, the fresco burger is cheesy! Everything was fresh and healthy and not at all great or filled with extra sugar and salt. For those saying you could make it at home, that seems like a plus for me! I'm going OUT because I can't make it at home! Either I didn't have time, or I didn't have the energy, so that made it for me without extra I don't want or need? Bonus! Not every item is gonna appeal to everyone, especially if you're looking for healthy to taste the same as unhealthy! If you want a teriyaki bowl full of grease and sugar, go to the Chinese fast food place. If you want the healthy version, come here, but don't expect magic--healthy is healthy, it's not gonna satisfy the person looking for the richness or mouth feel of grease and sugar. Same goes for smoothies. You want one full of sugar syrup? Go to Tropical Smoothie or Smoothie king. You want one that's actually healthy? Come here. Etc. I appreciate that they offer grapes in lieu of chips, and they take them off the stems and wash them first too! “This was our first trip to a Culver's and both my husband and I were very pleased! We were traveling back home to Virginia after visiting family in North Carolina. A coworker of mine who is originally from Wisconsin also recommended Culver's. I was looking forward to trying something new!!We went though the drive thru and the nice lady at the speaker box and window, Maya, was super helpful and kind. She made sure to mention which drinks were which and labeled them. She was very polite, welcoming, and had a terrific smile!!The young man that brought out the food to our car was professional as well and read our order back to us before handing over the bag of food to make sure of accuracy. He was very kind and smiled and was polite too.The burgers we got flew my tastebuds to the moon! Oh my goodness where do I begin? The burgers do not taste like fast food at all. They taste like homemade and fresh burgers. The cheesecurds blew my mind and the preztel bites and fries were also enjoyable! I liked trying the Culver's sauce and dipping the cheese curds and fries with them. We also tried a concrete mixer with Reeses and caramel and that was amazing too!It was such a pleasant experience and truly we enjoyed it! My main complaint with the food is that the fillings are very compartmentalized and not very well mixed, so each bite was only an ingredient or two. Also, it's kind of difficult to eat without falling out. The atmosphere is fine. Decent vegan meal, will probably go back.“
