Absolutely the best baker and business. The cake looked incredible and was delicious. The owner of this small business takes the most care with each order. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Will be using for all celebrations in the future.
As a wedding photographer who likes all things bold and colorful, I frequently recommend Capital Cakes to my couples. Katelyn has an incredible eye for design, and in addition to the style of her creations always being phenomenal, every dessert of hers I've ever had has tasted amazing, as well! She runs the gamut from colorful to classic, and does so beautifully. You could not make a better choice than Capital Cakes for your wedding desserts—highly recommend!

I have ordered 5 cakes from Katelyn and am so excited to order many, many more! She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, talented, and amazing to work with. She always makes my ideas, no matter how crazy or farfetched, look even better than I could have imagined. Her cakes have made birthdays and other parties for myself and my loved ones, that much more special. Not to mention, they are the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted.
