I’ve been going here for 2 years now, and the level of food has never changed. At the end of your meal you will clear your plate, sit back in your chair, and let out a sigh of satisfaction. Heads up, Durham location beats the Cary location any day
They are only open for lunch because they are that good. It's always busy and I can see why! I grew up in rural NC and this is a taste of home. Smokey, tender meats with a variety to choose from and delicious side options too. The catfish is a hidden gem here if you enjoy a good piece of fried fish! Highly recommend.
This place is pretty easily one of the best BBQ joints I've ever visited - and you can tell by the lines out the door during lunch time. It's a cafeteria style order which makes it quick and easy to point and chose what you want. Prices are super reasonable since it's obvious that it's a mom and pop store.Get there early to avoid the lines and to get a table, or else you'll be eating standing up which I see some people do, or they sit on the sidewalk curb...
