Some of the best food I've had in Chapel Hill (the truck makes a stop on Franklin St on Wednesdays!) I got to try the bbq jerk chicken (the smoke while walking nearby had reeled me in...), cabbage mix, greens, cilantro rice, and Mac & cheese. Everything was great-lots of flavor and a good balance of slight heat on the chicken. It goes very well with the rice especially. They participated in a Food Truck Festival in Winston-Salem, NC. I obtained a Vegetarian meal of Sauteed mushrooms, peas and rice, mixed greens! The seasonings were incredible ?. Some of the best Jamaican food I’ve had in my entire life. I was raised on West Indian food coming from south Florida and couldn’t believe we stumbled upon this amazing food truck on a trip passing through North Carolina.
