Other customers were just as friendly, Reminded so much of Mexican Restaurants in S. Los Angeles. I will definitely be returning, there are things on the menu I haven't had since College. “This was our 1st time at Shak's. Food was great, service was on point, pricing in range. Very nice clean atmosphere.It was not crowded but had a lot of take-outs and pick-ups. At this time they are hiring for all positions. Good opportunity, summer job for students or anyone.Our waitress had never worked this environment and on the job to weeks. You wouldn't have known it. “Miss Tammi, Daddy Rabbit, Mr. Joe and the grill staff are all fabulous people! My friends and I were in town visiting and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. It was a busy night, but all of the staff members provided an absolutely wonderful service. A HUGE shout out to Daddy Rabbit for being a saint when Uber and Lyft both failed to be able to pick us up and take us back to the hotel at the end of the night! The food was great and you can tell the father and son grill staff really care about the quality of food they put out. I did not catch their names, but thank you. Thank you Miss Tammi and all of the Paulie’s staff. We are sure to come back and visit when we are in town!”
