Absolute blast. Was here for a 15 year old’s birthday party and him and his friends all loved it. Amazing service (shoutout to Izzy) and overall clean for an arcade. Reasonable prices, good variety and amount of games, and the pizza was delicious.Parking: Easy to find parking. Large, free parking lot with average sized parking spaces. Well placed handicap spots as well.Kid-friendliness: SUPER kid friendly. Staff are kind without being condescending towards children, and guests of any ages.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs involved anywhere in the building. There is a handicapped bathroom stall in the women’s restroom (likely the men’s too). There is space between the games for a wheelchair user to get through.

I love this place but when I went with my dad today, the staff wasn’t working they were just walking around and talking. I think I only saw one person working, the one person working was doing everything. The drink place was dirty and disgusting. But everything else was fine.

Recently had my daughter’s birthday party there. Zero guidance when you first walk in. Not even a hello. I realize these kids that work there are just trying to make a paycheck, but fake it just a little bit at least. Our party host seemed lost. He literally asked me who the birthday girl was while standing in front of the sign on the table…with the birthday girls name on it. The reservation had 12 adults listed and only the kids got something to drink out of. I had to pay extra for cardboard cups so the adults didn’t have drink punch out of their hands. Definitely overpriced for the experience.
