Bri our server was very nice . She helped in every way that could and made us feel welcomed . I loved her excellent customer service . Dre our host was very nice and friendly as well . He made sure we were taken care of as well and went out his way to sing to one of our church members . I truly enjoyed myself .
Came in at 5pm and was told to wait for 15 minutes. 35 minutes passed so I double check with the host. She said there wasn’t any tables ready. When clearly there were so many tables opens. Not sure what is going on in here. I didn’t see the point of having 5 host gathering at the front and by the door. Finally, we were able to sit down. Hello, we had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Gastonia on July 16, 2022. Our server was Elainey. She greeted us warmly and took our orders. After we were served, she kept track of all our needs from drinks to extra salad dressing and bread. She is an exceptional person, friendly, outgoing and took very good care of us. Our food was delicious, the service outstanding. We had a great day. Many thanks to hiring excellent people
