Usually the best all around service in town, but this time one of the lattes didn't have any actual coffee in it, just milk, flavoring and foam. But they did fix it and make it right, quickly.
I’ve been to this location several times. No sense of urgency at all. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I get being short staffed but there are 6 people working actively and there are 8 people waiting for drinks for at least 15 mins in the dining room. If I didn’t have a gift card and already paid I would leave. Their drive thru is even worse. On a positive note their staff is pretty good. This place always runs smooth and the employees are always nice.Went through drive-thru and ordered two drinks. I mumbled or they didn't hear me, only did one because that's what they heard. Offered to come in and order the second one. Ordered it inside and the drink was already made.
