“Laughing owl has been downtown for several years now, and it has only gotten better since then. The quality of the food is amazing, it just tastes fresh. If you are looking for Asian Fusion cuisine, this is your place! Highly recommend. My favorite go to is the General Tso Chicken. The environment is so peaceful, I love when they have live music playing. The service is another perk of Laughing Owl, everyone is so nice and super attentive.
