I know they havent been open long so maybe they are still training but I feel like a bunch of toddlers of making my food. No one knows anything if i ask a questions. All I get is blank thoughtless stares. I don't think the 4 times I've been in there anyone has ever smiled. Honestly, I think toddlers would do better. Maybe. Very nice place. Smaller than Taco Bell in town, but very nice. Rebecca was wonderful. She was answering questions from customers in the dining room. She was so polite, informative & happy with each customer she encountered. She presented the best customer service skills I've seen in years. Will definitely be going back.

This location hasn’t gotten positive reviews since opening but I have been a few times and the food is always hot and fresh. Taco Bell on Wayne Memorial is the busiest in Goldsboro but the new location has better food in my opinion. They also fill your tacos with meat. The Wayne memorial location has a tendency of being stingy with the meat. I’m very satisfied with this location so far and haven’t been disappointed with the food!!!
