“I love this place for their wide selection of foods, and very attractive prices. When working abroad, I look for places for lunch where I can save money. This is one of my favorites, much more delicious than Wendy's, and easier on the wallet too.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered Texas Fajitas and there was so much food, we took most of it home and ate on it for lunch and dinner the next day. The picture posted is how much was left after we both had ate 2 made tacos each. They were FANTASTIC!! My 1st time at Mazatlan but we definitely will be going back for sure.“
“Ordered a Torta with practically everything on it, as well as a special order that the server was happy to help me with of chorizo, chicken with a cheese sauce.When arriving you are greeted and seated promptly. A basket of tortilla chips, a refried bean cheese sauce (which while a bit gritty in my opinion, tastes great) and the red salsa had a nice crisp taste as well.The vast menu allows for ample choices to pick from, of all tastes. They also have a icecream section for that after dinner treat.Servers were very kind and checked to ensure everything was good, as well as I believe the manager checked in with us.The four stars for food was given because while the quantity was good for the price the taste wasn't anything special (except the chorizo. That chorizo had a very nice flavor and isn't an overpowering salty flavor as alot of other places.) After asking the person who I came with (he had the torta) he said and I quote '"it's not the same flavor I had at the other place"'. This restraunt had moved from another location also in lenoir, that unfortunately I was unable to go to due to being in college away before they moved.Overall, the place is a good place for lunch if your hankering for some good food and you're in the area.(Image provided with review is of the chorizo, chicken, cheese dish.)“
“Most mexican places I've been to are reliable, good food and good folks, but this place is exemplary even compared to that standard. They take care of us and make us want to come back, and the food tastes so fresh. No bean and rice filler. Just the good stuff.“

“Good food has a mix of mexican and Salvadoran. Has a menu for weekdays and one for weekends, so always make sure you know what day you want to go. People are super nice and the place is small but clean. Very much a mom and pop hole in the wall.Parking: Parking lot is a big small when it gets busy.Kid-friendliness: Very much a family owned business and kids always welcomed.“
“We stopped on the way to Asheville. With a table for 7 we all enjoyed our food...the service was great and the outside covered area was beautiful. We even browsed the little store and found itmes for home. Highly recommend! Oh and price was extremely reasonable!Parking: Just a small.lot ... we parked in the wrong place! Lol“
“We are visiting family in Hickory while on vacation and wanted some good Mexican food. Rancho Viejo did not disappoint. The food was amazing and came out sizzling hot. The food tasted delicious and the portions so generous. Our server Chema was so polite and attentive to us throughout the meal. We definitely recommend eating here and we will come back when we visit again.“

“My favorite Latin place to eat at in Hickory (technically Long View). I haven't tried everything on the menu yet but now that I work 5 minutes away I'll be coming here more. It's quiet inside and the food is great. My only complaint is I didn't order enough food! “
“Went here for a dinner with co workers. Had a very good experience. Food was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and took very good care of us. I had a California burrito and a blackberry margarita. It was very good. I highly recommend “
“Restaurant was clean, service fast and food was hot and tasted ok. Everything was going well until I was asked to pay at table. Waiter asked if card or cash and I said debit. He then runs card through handheld. I noticed 4% credit card surcharge and explained I did not use a credit card and it is illegal to charge for debit, as it's considered same as cash. He stared his English wasn't good and couldn't understand. I called the NC Consumer Financial Compliannce department to alert them. Restaurants need to understand they can lose the ability to accept cards if they continue this process.“
“Fantastic food, we had the nachos! The service is also top notch with super friendly staff that truly seemed like they enjoyed working there- you don’t see much of that at other places anymore! The specialty coffee drinks menu is also fantastic, I wish I would’ve remembered to take a picture to share it. Thanks for a great lunch (and coffees to go) today!“
“Chicken fajitas were fine. Chile rellano consisted of a large plate crammed with food; everything was mashed together. Actually, quite unappetizing though the taste was OK. Margarita was quite good. Salsa was not spicy at all; it required ordering habanero dip to add a tiny amount to the initial dip (for $2). Service was fine except for al long wait for the check.“
“This is a must.try place! They stay busy. That's a good sign. The food was delicious! They have an enormous menu that has something for everyone. We had a great time and were seated in our own private room with a group of ten. We did not have to wait. Food was served promptly. We will be returning.“

“This is not your regular Mexican restaurant. They primarily have seafood. The food was great and the portions are very large. The dry ceviche (instead of salsa and chips) was good, but all the salsas were too spicy for us. I'd definitely come back, as they have a good variety of dishes to try.“
“A very nice place, and the staff very friendly and fast service, I don't have photos, we ordered takeout and everything was very delicious and if I will eat at la cosí uta again I loved their food….Wheelchair accessibility: Well, you have access to the area for all types of people, inside the restaurant they have a lot of space between tables“
“I have been coming to Tacos el Tio Chetos for a very long time. The waitresses have always been very good, but the one that has been with them for years is awesome. She keeps up with the full dining room and I have watched her take deliveries and bring me my drink at the same time. I am well known there now since I eat there often. It is the best Mexican food in the area by far, and the most authentic! The food is inconsistent in its preparation, but always has been very delicious. Just like I cook! Try the Norteno and the ACP, but their weekend special of Barbacoa is outstanding!“
“We have been to El Paso many times and every time it’s awesome! We have been in small groups and big groups and have always had excellent service and excellent food. I love the fiesta burrito and the white cheese sauce is amazing. We always start out with guacamole regional. It’s a must have for everyone. We have many friends that visit us and they always want to make one of our dinners at El Paso. Thanks for your constant attention to detail and delicious food!“
“This restaurant has an upscale vibe compared to the El Paso kind of Mexican restaurant. It was beautifully decorated and the service was great. The managers made our short wait enjoyable. Families were there having a wonderful time. Food was great. I didn't like the churros they were fried way too hard. Couldn't even eat them. But I took them to go. Would have been recooked had I ate them there no doubt. The managers and staff were there to make sure my experience was one of enjoyment.“

“I had the Dos Amigos Cheese steak plate which was delicious. My husband had #11. He said it was good but the meat was a little salty. The atmosphere is really nice inside shiny wooden tables, etc., and the bathrooms are beautiful & clean. Service was really good too. We will be going back.“
“Eat here at least once a week. My only suggestion would be to use different take out containers for bean dip. I checked my bag before leaving,thankfully. The bean dip was oozing in the bottom of bag. The container was turned sideways. I emptied the bag and cleaned it up. The hostess gave me a new bag.“
“me and my boyfriend ate here yesterday and i wanted to brag on them as well as express how thankful i am for the kindness and compassion they showed us. i had ordered the amigos super which is something i had never gotten before. long story short, it was made with a ranchero sauce that didn’t taste very good to me. i am a very anxious person, and i hate complaining or being difficult in any way. our waiter noticed i wasn’t eating, and came by to see if everything was okay. i told him i didn’t like what i had ordered, and he immediately suggested a substitute for the ranchero sauce, took what i didn’t eat to the kitchen and brought my food back within 10 minutes and made sure i liked it as well before leaving our table. it was delicious!! i wish i would’ve gotten our waiter’s name so i could give him a shoutout on here. i highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who hasn’t tried it. the service is fast, and they are all super friendly and understanding!! i’ll definitely be back in the future!“
“We enjoyed eating at Los Compadres. After we ordered, our food was served very quickly. I ordered a "Burrito Special" & it was muy delicious. My husband ordered his go to favorite, a "Burrito Fajita Tejano." It's HUGE & has everything he likes inside, steak, chicken & shrimp. He only ate half, so the rest went home in a to go box.Our waitress was very sweet & she was attentive too, before anyone could ask her for something, she was already on top of it. At the end of our meals, she asked us if anyone wanted our drinks to go. How nice is that? We didn't even have to ask like we do at some of the other restaurants we've been to.Parking: We usually eat at the Los Compadres in Hildebran & this was our first time eating at the Valdese location. We came in at a little after 8 pm. As we pulled into the restaurant parking lot, we were looking for a parking spot, but there wasn't any on the right side, so we drove around the building & we couldn't find anything open. Everything was full except there were several open spots in the very front but there was a car there that was parked caddy wonkus & it looked like one of the employees was standing there talking to them. Because that car was blocking several of the open spots, we couldn't park there. I have no idea what the person in the car was doing & I'm not saying the employee was doing anything wrong. It's possible that the car was waiting for a take out order or something like that.I'm not sure if any of the spots that were blocked were marked "handicap parking,"but if they had just simply pulled into one of the spots instead of blocking all of them, we could have parked there. We drove back out onto the main road, then pulled back into the restaurant parking lot. There was a car that was leaving, so as they pulled out, we took their parking place.“
“Best Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in and had the pleasure of ordering from. While it was not lunch or dinner rush, the service was stellar. Kitchen was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service. Will be back!!“
“Here's is the deal I've eaten at a lot a of food trucks, tacos are my favorite food I've tried about 8 different resturants since moving back to lenior a couple months ago. So far this truck hands down has had the best tacos in the area... the pastor tacos had a great flavor not to sweet which has been the running trend everywhere... the asada tacos were also very good and the portions amounts were on point. I have a hard time with the spicy sauces as I grow older and I must say they had the best green Verde sauce (tomatillo based) that I've had in a hot minute I was able to enjoy the flavor with out being overwhelmed by the spice they get 5 stars and 2bthumbs up from this 5aco fiend!!! I will be ordering here again!“
