Harper's Restaurant at the entrance to the Friendly Center offers a delightful experience, with excellent service from Raven and Emily. The chicken tenders are a must-try, generously portioned to feed two. Despite some disappointment in the reduced menu variety, the polite servers make up for it. While the food and service are good, they may not fully justify the higher prices and reputation, lacking the expected wow factor. Harper's falls slightly short of being a top-notch, high-class spot, but still comes recommended.
