“I don’t have pictures of the food, but we usually order the pupusas, steak and cheese egg rolls, and this time we tried the lo mein. Everything is fresh which I love. The pupusas are good-found some chicken bones in the chicken ones. They aren’t as filled as they used to be. My problem is the cabbage and the sauce. We never get enough for the pupusas and have to pay for more. Lo mein was fresh and delicious! The steak and cheese rolls are great too, but, I suspect, fried is seed oil.“

“As most businesses suffer with staffing, Pizza Hut is over coming the issue with great customer service.

My order was late, and a new employee forgot to make part of the order. Not only did the manager address my concerns, he also took the time to calmly explain to the new associate proper procedures for the order process. If other leaders took the time to effectively teach staff, I think we would all have better dining experiences.

My usual is the Chicken Finger Plate, which comes with those perfect crinkle-cut fries and a slice of Texas toast . Everything is always fresh and prepared to order, just as you'd hope . I also have to give a shout-out to their Fried Cheesecake Bites with strawberry sauce they are an absolute game-changer for dessert .

I've never had a missing item or a messed-up order, which, let's be honest, can be a rare find.
