“The guy on the right was very rude. Did not acknowledge me at order pick up. Then after I asked about my order that was paid for & placed 27 minutes before (when I first arrived at the mall) he proceeded to tell one of his co workers in front of me “some people need to practice patience” like I wasn’t just asking about my food since I was the only person standing there waiting at this point. Literally watched people order and get their food before me so why wouldn’t I ask what’s going on?! The lady on the right was very nice & helpful after I told her what was going on so I won’t be an A-hole & give a 1 start review just because the guy sucks I will be fair because she was great!“

“The food was good. I went to the drive thru and the wait was a little longer but that was expected as I did order an online exclusive value meal for 4. The drive thru cashier was a little snippy which is a huge pet peeve of mine because I'm really nice and I just expect the same courtesy but I would go back again because the food was good.“

“Their new BBQ brisket sandwich is delicious. I would give a higher rating, but the sandwich and fries were not hot as one would expect (not cold, but not as warm to be deemed fresh.) The price is a bit too high as well. Still a delicious sandwich!“

“Our first with Firehouse Subs. I don't eat subs often but our food was absolutely delicious. I love the variety of options and the hot sauce bar. I ordered online & our food was ready quickly and was hot when I got home. My new favorite sub place!“

“This Cookout location is really close to my house, so I have been here a few times and will be coming here as long as I’m living here. I typically get a tray of some sort when I come here, either with a large tea or a water bottle to save for later. I’ve gotten the chicken strips and the big double burger as my entrees, and then usually white cheddar cheese bites, french fries, or chicken nuggets for my sides. Each time we’ve come here, the service has been kind and quick. The food is good and the quality is as expected. They are also typically open very late compared to other places around here.“

“I have eaten Jersey Mike subs in many different places, and I do believe the young ladies at the Moye Ave, Greenville, NC location made us the best subs we have ever had. The meats were placed so carefully, almost artfully, so that every bite had a taste of every ingredient. I was very impressed with how well they all worked together, stepping in to lend a hand, replace ingredients, etc., without anyone requesting help or directing someone. “Love this store and we go out of our way to stop here whenever in Greenville and always compliment you. Today was our first time there without seeing the usual manager who is awesome, especially to my Veteran father. Y’all were a little off your game today 😐 1:30 not busy and tables had not been wiped, drink spilled on floor by soda machine, and lots of food under our table we had to put our feet on. The 30 minutes we were there eating we kept hoping someone would clean the dining area but never happened 😐 Again, we love y’all so will be back but hoping for the excellent experience we usually have next time 😉“
