Mediterranean food is highly suggested as a great diet, especially to reduce inflammation. Sumela offers an extensive menu, with food that tastes phenomenal! I've never eaten inside, but the food is always hot and fresh. Surely is my #1 Mediterranean restaurant ?Parking: The parking lot is shared by multiple businesses. I have been able to find a decent parking spot each time I visited this restaurant. Easy in and easy out!
First off, when you walk in the aroma of the plants is beautiful! In addition to a clean and calm atmosphere, the service providers are pleasant to engage with. From there, the menu has a variety of options. The lentil soup is off the chain! And the dishes are healthy and some plant-based. The yogurt drink is a delight when taken following the meal..I add a couple of Splenda but that’s my preference. Also, it’s just one of my top places to enjoy my food.
