“A little further away than the local grocery stores, but worth the time. Great prices, selection and service make them my first choice for buying sliced breads, hamburger and hotdog rolls. Other items carried, such as their soup starters, should not be overlooked.“
“Did a recent curbside as have done in past...never an issue except last time where they forgot my blueberry flavor. No complaints because if i had mentioned, they would have gladly pumped it in. The staff is always pleasant and great every guest with a smile.“
“Haylie came through in a big way for our family this morning. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday boy doesn't like cake so we decided to serve his favorite dessert instead, donut holes. Haylie in the middle of the rush, gracefully filled our order quickly and was incredibly friendly. “I came with my three kids since two had a teacher work day. Trying to make memories.IKYK. Anyways, my kids were actually being manageable but my son decided to channel his inner babe Ruth. A perfectly executed throw of his milk bottle directly into my latte. As a mom I wanted to cry. I was overwhelmed and outnumbered. Not your moms donuts was so beyond kind and helped me clean the mess( I insisted on helping because my slugger was the reason for the now spilled coffee) then they went ahead and made me a new coffee. I’m so very thankful we ventured out to see them today. They are not only kind and so understanding to parents but also the donuts were sooo tasty. I HIGHLT RECOMMEND THEM!“

They were also very patient when we were unable to pick them up two days later thanks to complications from the birthday girl... we spoke to Kara on the phone and she was very understanding. “Love this place. I've actually made several good friends there and service is almost always good. I love the frozen drinks they make!!! I see others complaining about staff changes but it's with any business especially fast food. Some workers don't tend to stay too long and with training new ones comes slower times but I don't care. They've always been so good to me! And if ever something is wrong they always immediately make things right again!“
“I usually order 6-8 dozen doughnuts a day for work. This location always has them ready on time! My clients always compliment that the boxes are still warm, & Julius always makes sure I am taken care of. Today they gave me a free dozen for kindness day!! Definitely my go to! Highly recommend stopping by and getting some fresh doughnuts!“
“On 12/06/23 on my last day of Charlotte NC I’ve stopped by Krispy Kreme to get a dozen original glazed donuts and they were absolutely delicious the donuts in Charlotte tasted better than the one I get in Wayne county and I will definitely be returning to this particular Krispy Kreme when I got back to Charlotte NC. The only thing I didn’t like about this Krispy Kreme is that one of the employees got real upset and threw her headset that they use at the drive thru’s and said im DONE!!!! and walked out but she did came back afterwards now if should would hit someone with that headset who fault that would be. But overall the best donuts in NC in my opinion??.“
“Genuinely my favorite donuts and I myself am very picky with my donuts. They are soft and delicious and I will drive out of the way to get some. It's a cute store in a nice area and it's often sold out which should tell you how good they are. Def recommend.“
