I forgot my phone here in the bathroom, I was freaking out and sobbing in the car. I was really lucky and a great employee found it and returned it to me. She recognized and greeted us as we walked in. I really wish I got her name, but she had really pretty long red hair and wore glasses. As long as she’s working there you can trust you have a good person who will return your belongings if you’re forgetful like me! I went today around 6:30pm. I'm mad at myself for not getting her name. Will definitely get it on my next trip..... but the cashier that took my order was very nice over the intercom. When I got around to the window, she was smiling and just as pleasant as she was when she was taking my order. I paid with a card and she did as they are supposed to do and stuck the Card Reader out of the window so that I can leave a tip if I wanted to. Pretty much the slowest Starbucks you will every visit. Staff seems nice enough but if tried ordering all the ways & times and still can’t seem to get a drink under 10mins, unless it’s a drip coffee.
