The young lady behind the counter was awesome. While the orders got off and people were getting the wrong food, she handled the issues in a positive, respectful manner. She kept the service going and didn’t miss a beat. Sorry I didn’t get her name to give her a shout out.

Everything was fine until I took my granddaughter’s to the bathroom and pushed the door and it was shoved back in to my face. 3 employees having their self a private meeting. I asked if it was private or could anyone join. Don’t think they cared much for my comment. But if these girls want to gather it should be on their own time or in the office!

During night shift there’s a bunch of teenagers playing and not working. As I was leaving out there was a man standing by door smoking a cigarette I asked was he the manager he said he was. I told him and he was very nonchalant. Whole place need a makeover starting with management.

Bowl full of iceberg lettuce….. Ridiculous and old… really and the Texas toast is a small piece of sandwich bread? Hardly any chicken, cucumbers, or tomatoes. Guess it’s the Easter special for rabbits.?
It’s very sad used to come here all the time food was amazing and fresh. Don’t know what happened the last maybe year or so salads look old the amount of food is not what it was. So I say again just sad spend 40 dollars to have bad food if it’s the manager something needs to be done.

Zaxby's can be a bit hit or miss for me. While they offer a variety that satisfies my nieces and nephews, who are picky eaters, the inconsistency in service and occasional order errors can be frustrating. On good days, the food and service are great, but there are times when attitudes and mistakes make it a gamble. The diverse sauce options and the appeal to younger family members keep me coming back occasionally, but it's not my top choice in town.
