My wife and I had a great experience at the Hardee's in Mayesville NC. Mrs. Katherine aka Kathy was very kind and her and her team ensured we received exceptional customer service. It was two male members with her who were very polite. Mrs. Kathy went the extra mile to provide fresh food and did it with the best attitude! I would definitely recommend raises for all three employees! It's sad that you don't always see customer service like this but they demonstrated what it means to value your work.
They took away the jalapeño poppers and the blueberry lemon pies. I can't believe it and I'm heartbroken. Hardee's you had finally won a round for the first time in a long time you had something light years better than your competitors. That pie was king of the fast food deserts and now it's gone..... so sad

I placed my order and 2 vehicles where in front of me, when I get to the window a lady takes my payment and makes small friendly conversation. Then after waiting a few minutes another employee comes and ask me to pull up because they JUST dropped my tenders. I asked how much longer because I had ALREADY been waiting she/he says, "I don't know" I ask can you check, she/he comes back and say 4-5 minutes BUT actually it was only a minute because they were already dropped. Which they should have been dropped when I placed my order.... The other employee that takes the payment brings me the order and apologize for the attitude from she/he. I will not return.

15 minutes in the Drive-Thru window to move one space in line two people in front of me to order mind you and I'm pulling a boat some I pulled in behind me 14 minutes later when I'm able to move my truck I pull around go inside sharing my concerns for 4 or 5 minutes then I pull around to the Piggly wiggly talked to a guy in the parking lot sharing my experience for another 6 minutes and no one had moved an inch in line.

Don’t use the app to place an order. I placed an order and received a confirmation email and was charged from their store but they could not locate the order in their system and would not refund me or provide the food that I was charged for. They also couldn’t provide a cooperate number or anyone’s number that could help me receive a refund. They won’t help you if you’re in a similar situation. $26 wasted.
