Called to see what my food status was for my Ubers eats driver. The female woman snapped on me from the start. Asked for her name and she hung up on me. Called back to speak with the manager… no answer. Took blocking my number for them to answer. Someone else picked up and claimed they were the manager. Roaches in the food!
Me and my wife were enjoying lunch at Mr.Tokyo, which is one of our frequent spots. But when my wife saw the roach in her shrimp udon she immediately got sick. Unacceptable! The manager said they had a hard time getting rid of the roaches, they spray frequently but they keep coming back. No quality control at all. how does this get missed?? Will not be returning!!
I always come here to the Prosperity/Benfield Location but tonight it wasn’t decent. I’ll still come back but disappointed cause they wouldn’t answer their phone. I’m allergic to mushrooms. My Rice wasn’t cooked thoroughly
