Went in to this location and first thing I noticed was the lights out on the donut case. Odd but may have been because they were closing early now. People were helpful and nice but still other challenges. One case was completely empty but left labels up to tempt with flavors not available. I asked for the flavor of the month which was sent to me from corporate in an email. They were out. Ended up getting another flavor which at least it was fresh and good service. Three people behind the counter doing nothing. The woman doing the drive thru was working and the woman at ice cream was working with no help and a line. The guy with the sideways hat got his ice cream and left with people still waiting and a manager walked off to sit down with people waiting.

Very slow service. Long lines. Don't even attempt to order "curb side" or "walk-in" via the app at this store. You will regret it as service is sloppy. Needs a lot of improvement in quality and service.
