Last order, Sunday afternoon, was terrible. Threw food away.Ordered xtra cheese on pizza. Not there. Breadsticks stale.Boneless chicken wings? Well lets just say if i wanted chicken nuggets i would have gone to McDonald's.I think the most disturbing to me was finding out that the 20% tip i charged on my order was NOT given to driver. Appalling. Everyone is trying to make a living. Shame on Marco's for keeping that money.

Tonight we ordered Marco’s for delivery. After tracking our order on the link provided in my email, I noticed it said our order was delivered. Sadly it had not. We live in an apartment complex, so I walked around to see if it maybe ended up at a building next to us. No pizza. So I gave the restaurant a call. Both employees I talked to were kind and understanding. They attempted to contact the driver, but were unsuccessful. The manager let me know they would remake our order and send it out. The driver was very friendly! Food tasted great! ☺️

Ordered 2 large pizzas they tasted like the ones you get out of the freezer they are very inconsistent with their product and put all thus stuff when I did the survey and told them all the same things and NEVER heard back from them about it.

This marco pizza i had a bad experience they charged me twice for a order and they didn't even get me a credit it was $50 order and the manager give me a bad attitude. I never going to go to this place again

After upsettingly dealing with 3 different agents for GrubHub, Megan, here at Marco's, was an angel. She was sympathetic and made it all work out. Forget GrubHub. Marco's is delivering my pizza now. Thanks Megan for your amazing customer service!

Ordered at 7:20 for delivery and got confirmation email saying food would be delivered "promise time" by 8pm. Nothing delivered at 8:20...no email or text. Called the number on the confirmation email (Mooresville branch) and listened to "appreciate you patience, thanks for holding, we'll be right with you." 30 minutes later of being on hold, listening to adds....hung up. No email, no text, no answer, no food delivered and "track my order" not working on app. Understandable if delivered to wrong address....but no way to confirm as they don't answer phone and "track order" not working. Hopefully the driver or a neighbor enjoyed it!

So upsetting, I love their cauliflower crust (expensive but delicious) we used to order once a week, but like other reviews say ‘not worth it since you don’t know if you’ll get your food or not’. We’ve had it happen too many times now where we’ve ordered delivery and it comes over an hour later (after we have to call and find out where it is) and we get cold pizza. Their excuse is always the same and they don’t seem to care. We will not be ordering here anymore.

I've spent a lot of money here over the past few years, but they've declined drastically in the past 6 months. The new website is terrible, the pizzas are sloppy and rushed, and they forget order items.Most recent delivery "forgot" $6 worth of ranch cups. The driver shrugged and told me to call the restaurant for a refund. I spent 30 minutes on hold and no one answered. Will no longer eat here.

Must be new owners worst pizza I have ever had there was barely any cheese and sauce and 5 small pcs of chicken. What happened this use to be fantastic pizza. I hope you change it up.

Marcos is hands down the best pizza you can get. The management team are kind hearted and included a free desert brownie for my family and I having a bad day, the last time we ordered.

Called for our traditional Friday pizzas and was told that they and not taking phone orders and hung-up. Wow. Not sure what happened. Short staffed? Was our favorite. Tried to file a complaint but website link does not work...
