Not open 24 hrs a day. Had to go 3 times to customer service to get someone to come to the bakery so we could pick up a cake at 6pm. The cake didn't look the best either. The screen print that was put on was wrinkled. And of course there was no one there to fix it. Also, never received text telling me cake was ready as requested when ordered. For the price, not worth it. Will be going somewhere else next time.
