Its always hit or miss with this place. Half the time you get the experience and product you expect from Starbucks and the other half you get a long wait and a severely scorched latte.
Tables were sticky to the touch but they were also quite busy so a little grace is allotted especially since the moment they caught up they started cleaning.
This is one of the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and the baristas are so rude. I also hate that they start your food way before they start your drink, it triggers that your order has started yet you still wait 10 min for your drink. When you show up they get an attitude for being too soon yet it says “ready by” and then when you get your coffee, your food is always cold. I don’t know who manages this place but somebody has to step it up.

It's also important for customers who order dairy-free to keep an eye on their drinks, as regular milk may be mistakenly added. The music in the store is noted as being too loud, but the positive interactions with staff, like the cheerful "Stay warm" snowman on a London Fog Latte lid, help lift spirits during busy times.
