“Best lemon peppers in Charlotte talk about lemon pepper stepppppers juicy. I asked him to make it extra crispy for me cause that’s my preference. He did a very well. My burger tasted very good. I will come anytime until I get a car, but you ppl should come there and try his lemon peppers or his honey barbecue or all his sauces I recommend this store. I even called them and told them that his food was amazing. The man is very nice very cool 💯💪🏿”

“Delightful place to hang out OR work on work! I come in frequently to grind client work for my real estate clients. The staff is all exceedingly friendly, and the other patrons have been extremely friendly here in my experience as well. They have an excellent selection of draft and canned beer and cider. Check them out!

“Pros - food was delivered to the table quickly, staff were friendly and engaging, burger and hotdog were good, and order of fries is large enough to share. Slaw was fresh and made in house and even the onions appeared freshly diced. Suggestions for improvement - Ordering system at the entrance creates a gridlock as folks are entering, exiting and attempting to get drink refills, Carolina style hotdogs and burgers DO NOT include beans in the chili. ketchup and mustard on the tables would be nice. We would not have had any ketchup if we had not ordered fries. Chicken and dumpling soup was flavorful and seasoned well but, southern style dumplings are generally not thick and clumpy balls of dough. Roll them out and slice them thin and you will have a hit. We will return - I want to try the squatch burger.”

Everything from the smoked salt and pepper wings, "Cue bano" sandwich, macaroni and cheese, enormous ribs and even the coleslaw were top notch!
My daughter got the kids chicken tenders - and they were legit. These aren't the default chicken tenders on every kids meal, but actually brined and seasoned chicken, yum! She finished her plate.

OMG the pickles too! They come with each plate and they're a perfect palate cleanser after the rich and delicious meat!

I'm excited to go back and try more of their menu, along with whatever weekly live fire specials they dream up.”

“Food is fantastic, and it's one of the rare spots where you can find livermush. I'm really disappointed that they are no longer available on DoorDash, as that was our go-to for ordering. They do offer online ordering now, but there are additional fees involved. It doesn't make much sense to pay extra when a delivery service is already in place. It's unfortunate for both them and me, as I won't be taking advantage of their delivery options anymore.”

“Well, first of all. It's not a bbq place. It's a regular restaurant that serves you your normal meat and 2 vegetable plates. I had the hamburger steak, and it was really good.”
