So I only recommend Panera Bread because they have pretty good food and the team leader Dee-Dee has excellent customer service. I almost walked out today without ordering anything but she saved the day! ***However, the manager there is rude. This place has been declining in customer service and food quality. The older bald manager is not personable at all, never smiles or even acknowledges customers and the staff can be rude. My family did a rapid pickup once and I decided to order a coffee with almond milk to go from the kiosk, the guy making it had no idea I was there and I watched him make it with half and half and then got mad and defensive when I told him the order was wrong.
