Not impressed. I ordered a shrimp burger- was brought out a cheeseburger. Both women upfront taking the orders weren’t very friendly & when I told them that they gave me the wrong order they in return treated me like it was my fault for their mistake of taking my order incorrectly.When my shrimp burger was brought it was a nasty soggy mess & fell right apart like it has been sitting in the back the entire time. No apology for getting my order wrong, no apology for a soggy shrimp burger- I won’t be back after my experience with rude/lazy staff & bad shrimp burger

I love this place so much I even go out of my way to go to this location because of just how warming and welcoming Nemmy is. If it wasn't for her I'd go to the one closer to my house in havelock. if you go definitely ask for her and you have to try the egg rolls when they have them

Went in today with my SO and ordered mozzarella sticks and a cheesecake sub. Waitress with black hair and piercings was rude to us from the moment we walked in the door. She scoffed when I said I had to run outside to my car to grab my payment method. Then brought us our food. When she did so, she dropped our bowls from at about 6" high up. Food was garbage. Had to ask for extra condiments because there was barely any on the sandwich. However, while we were there eating, we had noticed the waitress had walked over to the only other customer in the store, a little older gentleman. And during that time, she was laughing and carrying on and having a good time. But she treated us very poorly. We had never spoken to this woman before in our lives! Will not be returning to this establishment, and I hope the owners see this!

I ordered an Italian sub. I asked for a large and they gave me a small. I said I ordered a large and paid for a large. She laughed and said sorry iys been a long day. Unprofessional in my opinion. Seems like the person who took my order didn't care about her job. Probably will not be returning. Not a good look for the business.

I’m disappointed. I ate at Riverside everyday for a whole year, I worked next door. I came back to town and the kids wanted Riverside because it’s usually great. This time it was not. My chicken strips were burnt, cooked in old oil. I didn’t receive my whole order, and when they finally brought my fries, they were grease soaked. Then they tried to serve me the same fries, claiming there were fresh. They were not. I’m writing this review sitting at the table waiting for my fresh fries for the third time. I just wanted what I paid for, a fresh meal, with great service. I did not get that. Instead I got excuses instead of a great meal with my kids.

Quality has gone downhill extremely. Two weeks ago had a gyro and taco that were horrible thought every restaurant has a bad day. Go to eat lunch today get chicken Alfredo and Caesar salad which used to come with a lot of chicken and we got one chicken tenderloin and a pre package salad mix that was not Caesar for the price if $16 for 2oz of chicken. We have routinely eaten here for years and love it but would not recommend now…

We order there at least 2 to 3 times a week and am very disappointed in the service and food. They always get our order wrong, last week I ordered a ham and turkey sub and only got ham. Called up there about it and the manager was rude. Didnt even offer to make it right or give us a free one the next time we ordered. Then last night I wanted onion rings and remind you they charge $4 for an order of them, well when we got our order, I had a total of 5 onion rings and the rest was only broken pieces that was either left in the fryer of the bag. Every time we order we are spending between $25 and $40. I don't know how to post a picture on here to show people what the onion rings looked like last night. But we won't be ordering again from here. We are just tired of our order being wrong or getting someone else's order. And then management doesn't care.

It's a mom and pop pizza spot, with great food and friendly service. Everything was delicious! Also the cleanliness was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the specials that day was hamburger steak, I love that!
