Ordered a pick catering service for 30 people. The customer service was phenomenal. From the setting up, to calling and confirming, to picking up the food, the process was great!To boot, it’s probably the best looking Smithfield I’ve seen.
The lady in the drive through & the cook (pretty sure he was bald) ARE SO KIND. And every time I have been here everyone has been so nice. I work late & really wanted some food and I came in pretty late. I felt bad because I work in the industry and know what a long day is.. but they happily took my order and when I apologized for being there a little before 10, they were more than happy to serve me with my food and told me no worries. 1/18 9:55 ish. I got Combo plate. The hush puppies, beans, fries and tea were good. But the chicken was a little salty and the barbecue tasted like it had no vinegar base sauce at all (my favorite part).
